- For domestic deliveries, orders are shipped through A Reputed Domestic Courier Company i.e Blue Dart and for areas not serviced by Blu Dart orders are shipped by speed post. Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days or as per the requested delivery date at the time of order confirmation.
- RakhisOnline.com (INVOGUE INDIA) is in no way responsible for any damage to the order in transit to the consignee.
- RakhisOnline.com (INVOGUE INDIA) is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/ postal authority and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 2 working days from the date of a paid order and or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
- For International deliveries orders are shipped and delivered through registered International Courier Companies i.e. DHL or Aramex.
Delivery time:
The delivery of the ordered items has two steps - RakhisOnline.com delivery to the courier and the Courier's delivery to you. When we indicate "Normally ships in 72 hours" against a product, what we mean is that it will take us 72 hours to hand over the ordered items to the Courier. To this, you must add the transportation time, which is typically 1-3 days, depending on the place of delivery.
Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as our fulfillment partner, Blue Dart Express or India Post, do not make any pick ups on those days.
Shipment details:
We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier, along with the Consignment number under which it has been shipped. If you want to call the Courier to follow up, you can use this number.
All your orders are packaged at our warehouse and shipped to you by express courier service of our fulfillment partner Blue Dart Express Limited or India Post. For Domestic Deliveries the shipments picked up from us by the courier in the evening are typically delivered to the consignee by the following day barring a few exceptions where deliveries happen in 48 hrs. For International Deliveries the shipments reach the consignee between 3-5 working days (not including the day of handing over).
