Order confirmation:

As soon as an order is authorized for payment, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. This confirmation will indicate your order number that you can refer to later for checking the status.

Delivery time:

The delivery of the ordered items has two steps - RakhisOnline.com's delivery to the courier and the Courier's delivery to you. When we indicate "Normally ships in 72 hours" against a product, what we mean is that it will take us 72 hours to hand over the ordered items to the Courier. To this, you must add the transportation time, which is typically 1-3 days, depending on the place of delivery.

Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as our fulfillment partner, Blue Dart Express or an other good couriers, do not make any pick ups on those days.


Shipment details:

We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier, along with the Consignment number under which it has been shipped. If you want to call the Courier to follow up, you can use this number.

Shipping Charges:

It is our endeavor to make shipping charges as affordable as possible.

When you have multiple volumes of a single item, each volume will be counted as one unit for calculation of the shipping charges. The shipping charges are dependent on the volume-weight of the product as well as the country where it has to be shipped. The shipping charges includes the cost of shipping, handling and packaging with delivery at your doorstep.

Shipment Mode:

All your orders are packaged at our warehouse and shipped to you by express courier service of our fulfillment partner, Blue Dart Express Limited or an equally good courier. The shipments picked up from us by the courier in the evening are typically delivered to you by afternoon on the following day barring a few exceptions where deliveries happen in 48 hrs.

Packaging:

All sweets and snacks will be packaged with care using bubble wrap. Certain sweets and savories may be susceptible to light crushing due to shipping and handling which we do not have any control.

Shipping Policy:

  • For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and for speed post only. Orders are shipped within 3-4 business days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company policies.
  • Indian Sweets in USA is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while transit to the buyer.
  • Indian Sweets in USA is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/ postal authority and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 2 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
  • For International buyers order are shipped and delivered through registered International courier companies.
